Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Darling FM ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Darling FM publishes stories you can read, listen to or watch in your browser. Some parts are free; others are paid. We add, change and remove stories over time, and we may change or discontinue the service.
Your account
You sign in with Google or with a link we email you. Keep control of that email account: anyone who can open your sign-in link can use your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to use the service, and at least 18 to make a purchase or have a parent or guardian make it for you.
Purchases
Prices are shown before you pay and are charged by Stripe in the currency shown. Gems are a credit you spend inside the service to unlock parts and choices. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and do not expire while your account exists. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we say so. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us within 30 days.
Using the stories
The stories, artwork, audio, video, names and code on the service belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to enjoy them through the service. You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell or publicly perform them, remove notices, scrape the service, interfere with it, or try to get around access controls.
Ending things
You can stop using the service at any time, and can ask us to delete your account by emailing ethan@chessreps.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in which case no refund is owed for unused purchases.
No warranty and limits on liability
The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
